How does paying for this work?
You pay for one task at a time. There is no subscription and no monthly fee, so you are never billed for a month you did not use. Each task shows its price before it runs, and most everyday tasks cost a fraction of a US cent. Prices appear in sats — the smallest unit of Bitcoin — because ordinary currency units cannot express amounts that small. The balance is your own money, not a token or credit pack, and you can withdraw it. New wallets include free prompts, so you can try the assistant before adding any funds.
I added funds but my balance has not changed
Usually a delay rather than a loss. Close the app fully, reopen it, and check the Wallet screen. Lightning normally settles in under a second — if your wallet shows the payment sent but our balance has not moved after two minutes, email us. Mobile money confirmation can take a few minutes at busy times; keep the confirmation SMS. Still missing? Email admin@arknode.ai with the time, amount, and transaction or confirmation code. We trace it in our ledger and either credit or refund you. Nothing is written off.
A task failed or was cut short — am I charged?
No. Sats are deducted before a task runs, and if it produces no output at all — a model error, or a dropped connection before any content was generated — they return to your wallet automatically. If a task did produce a result but your connection dropped before you saw it, that result is recoverable rather than lost. If sats left your balance for a task that genuinely failed, that is a bug: email us the approximate time and what you asked for. And if an answer arrived but was simply poor rather than broken, tell us that too — per-task pricing means a weak answer is a bad deal for you on the spot, and that feedback is the most useful kind we get.
I lost my phone, or I cannot get back into my wallet
Read this before you need it. Your wallet ID lives in your browser or device local storage. If you linked a Lightning wallet or a phone number, sign in the same way on a new device and your balance and history come back. If you saved a wallet ID or recovery phrase, use Restore walleton the Wallet screen. But if you clear your browser data, use “forget wallet”, or lose the device with no linked wallet, no number and no saved phrase, that wallet and its balance cannot be recovered by anyone, including us. That is a consequence of not requiring an account, and we would rather say it plainly than let you find out later. If you hold a meaningful balance, link a wallet or write the phrase on paper today.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to the account deletion page and follow the steps. Withdraw any remaining balance first — it is your money, and deletion cannot be undone.
The AI gave me something wrong, harmful or offensive
Please report it to admin@arknode.ai with what you asked and what came back. We act on these reports. Two honest limits worth knowing: answers come from large language models with safety filters enabled, and models can still be confidently wrong. Anything legal, medical or financial is general information, not professional advice — verify it with a licensed practitioner before relying on it.
Is my conversation private?
No name, email or phone number is required to use the core service. Camera, microphone and photo access are requested only at the moment you choose to attach a photo or record audio for a task — nothing is captured in the background. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
Can I build on top of this?
Yes. We support the L402 protocol for machine-to-machine payments, so software can pay for individual tasks with no human present. Email us describing what you are building and we will help.
